ABOUT
Kalon Agro was a 2 year old premium food & beverages startup with 50+ products under 3 categories – honey, beeswax & turmeric.
After their launch, the instant popularity of the products among premium customers followed by newer consumer demands led to an unplanned expansion and an undefined brand strategy. This eventually stopped the brand from connecting with new customers and scaling up the business.
GOAL
Define a clear brand philosophy that united a scattered product offering.
